Deanna began their legal career as an Associate at Latham & Watkins LLP and has advised companies on complex merger and acquisition transactions, corporate governance, and SEC compliance throughout their tenure. They hold a JD from Notre Dame Law School and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Michigan.
