Elushika W. is a human-centered design leader and product designer with over five years of progressive experience in multichannel user experiences. Having led significant UX projects across various companies, they have focused on creating holistic customer engagement strategies for next-generation products and services. Elushika holds an MFA in Interaction Design from the School of Visual Arts and a BA in Visual Arts with a Computer Science Minor from Fordham University. Currently, they serve as a Senior Product Designer at CrowdStrike, following a role at Shopify where they implemented successful fraud detection strategies. Additionally, Elushika shares their expertise as an adjunct instructor, teaching undergraduate courses in Mobile UX and Speculative Design.
