Erik Iker

Erik Iker is a skilled cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in incident response and digital forensics. Currently serving as the Director of Incident Response Services at CrowdStrike since December 2020, Erik assists customers in responding to cybersecurity breaches and enhancing their defenses. Prior roles at CrowdStrike include Senior Manager and Manager of Incident Response Services, where responsibilities involved leading teams to tackle cybersecurity threats. Erik's previous experience includes serving as Director of Incident Response at Stroz Friedberg, where large-scale engagements and mentorship of forensic analysts were key duties. Additional positions held at Cisco and JPMorgan Chase & Co. involved managing global incident response teams and conducting in-depth forensic analysis. Erik began a career in law enforcement as a Computer Crimes Investigator with the Fort Worth Police Department and served in the US Army as a Sergeant. Erik holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from Tarleton State University.
