Jaclyn Simi

Jaclyn Simi has extensive experience in the legal field, primarily focusing on employment law. Their most recent role was at CrowdStrike, where they served as the Senior Lead Counsel for Employment. Before that, they worked as a Senior Counsel for Employment at the same company. Prior to joining CrowdStrike, Simi worked as a Senior Associate Attorney at Ogletree Deakins for six years. Jaclyn also gained experience as an Employment Attorney at Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP and as a Law Clerk for their Labor & Employment Team. Simi began their legal career as an intern at the same firm, working with both the Labor & Employment and Native American Teams. Additionally, they held positions as a Law Student Worker at the County of San Diego and as a Legal Intern with Coverity Software Integrity. To supplement their education, Simi worked as a Summer Law Clerk at the Law Offices of Bryan W. Pease. Jaclyn also gained experience in corporate communications at the San Diego Padres and in production at NBC Universal. Prior to entering the legal field, Simi had roles conducting athlete interviews and working on news shows.

Jaclyn Simi obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies, with a focus on Communications and Religious Studies, from Notre Dame de Namur University in 2007. Subsequently, they pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with a concentration in Labor and Employment Law, graduating with honors from the California Western School of Law in 2012.
