Jared Engstrom

Jared Engstrom is the Senior Director of IP Strategy at CrowdStrike, a position they have held since 2021. They previously worked at Red Hat from 2015 to 2021 as a Manager and IP Attorney, and held roles as a Patent Counsel and Patent Attorney. Their early career included positions as a Patent Law Clerk at Blakely Sokoloff Taylor & Zafman from 2003 to 2006, and as Patent Counsel at Hewlett-Packard from 2009 to 2012. Jared earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Brigham Young University in 2002 and a Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law in 2005.
