Jen Jukes

Jen Jukes, CPHR has extensive experience in HR and has worked in various roles for different companies. Jen currently works as the Director, HR Business Partner at CrowdStrike since August 2023. Prior to this, they were the Principal HR Business Partner at CrowdStrike from June 2022 to August 2023. Jen also worked at Okta as the Principal HR Business Partner (Okta + Auth0) from January 2021 to June 2022, where they played a vital role in integration and change management initiatives post acquisition. Before that, they served as the Manager, People & Culture at Vega from May 2017 to January 2021. Jen also gained experience at Ping Identity as the People Operations Manager from January 2013 to May 2017 and as a Human Resources Generalist from January 2012 to January 2013. Jen started their career at Talemetry as a Human Resources Generalist from March 2010 to January 2012, where they successfully developed a social media recruitment strategy. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Staffing Manager and Staffing Manager at Accounting Advantage from September 2005 to February 2010 and from August 2004 to September 2005, respectively. Jen began their career as a Supervisor, Recruitment Services at Absolute Recruitment Inc (now David Aplin) from January 2002 to August 2004.

Jen Jukes, CPHR, obtained an HBA degree in Labour Studies & Japanese Studies from McMaster University in 2002. In 2009, they completed a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Ashton College. Jen also took an Organizational Learning, Training & Development Course from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2006. In addition, they have completed various certifications, including Co-Active Coaching Training Program (CTI) core courses from The Coaches Training Institute in 2018, and became a Certified Emergenetics Associate from Emergenetics International in 2017. Jen has also been a CPHR member since 2010 and obtained the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.
