Kaoru Hayashi

Kaoru Hayashi has extensive experience in cybersecurity and threat intelligence, currently serving as the Regional Chief Security Officer and Field Chief Security Officer for Japan at Palo Alto Networks since December 2015. Previously, Kaoru held the position of Senior Manager at PwC, where responsibilities included building a new team focused on threat intelligence services. Prior experience at Symantec spanned nearly two decades, including roles as Sr Development Manager and various engineering positions in Security Response. Kaoru began the career as a QA Engineer at エルゴソフト. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Sciences, both from Waseda University.
