Previously, Karanbir held the role of Vice President of Product Management focusing on Application and Cloud Security at Salesforce from 2018 to 2023, leading a global team responsible for critical security services across various industry verticals. Prior experience includes a Senior Director position in Threat and Vulnerability Management at Microsoft, where Karanbir was instrumental in developing a passwordless strategy and delivering impactful products. Karanbir's early career included a role as Principal Product Manager at Microsoft, contributing to user identity and credential management for Windows products, and serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Columbia University. Karanbir holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Columbia University, Executive Education from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the Army Institute of Technology, Pune.
