Linda Ow

Linda Ow has extensive work experience in the field of total rewards and compensation. Linda is currently working as the Vice President of Total Rewards at CrowdStrike since December 2021. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Akamai Technologies, including Vice President of Total Rewards from August 2021 to December 2021, Vice President of Global Compensation from April 2021 to August 2021, Senior Director of Global Compensation from November 2018 to March 2021, and Director of Executive & Equity Compensation from July 2008 to October 2018. Before their time at Akamai Technologies, Linda worked as the Global Equity Program Manager at Lenovo from February 2007 to June 2008, and as a Project Consultant/Senior HR Manager at Sheraton Boston - Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. from September 2005 to January 2007. Linda started their career as a Total Rewards Consultant at Towers Watson from May 2000 to May 2004.

Linda Ow is currently an EMBA candidate at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (Merit) from the National University of Singapore in 2000, with a focus on Business Administration.
