Lowell Doringo

Lowell Doringo is an experienced professional in leadership, learning, and development, currently serving as the Director of Leadership Learning & Development at CrowdStrike since November 2020, having previously held the position of Senior Manager of Learning & Talent. Concurrently, Lowell is an Adjunct Professor at Norwich University's School of Graduate and Continuing Studies since December 2013. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Global Talent Development and Manager of Talent Development at Activision Blizzard and Blizzard Entertainment, respectively, alongside a long tenure at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts in various training and development roles. Lowell holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University and a Bachelor of Communication Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
