Matt Davies

Matt Davies has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Matt'smost recent position was as the VP of European Marketing at CrowdStrike, starting in November 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Marketing Officer at SEON Fraud Fighters from May 2022 to November 2023.

Before joining SEON, Matt worked at Splunk in various marketing leadership roles. Matt was the VP of Customer Marketing from February 2021 to June 2022 and also held the positions of VP of Marketing, America & EMEA, and Head of Marketing EMEA from 2013 to 2022.

Earlier in their career, Matt held positions as the Senior Director of Product Marketing at Cordys from 2009 to 2013, the Director of Outbound Product Management at Oracle in 2008, the EMEA Director of Product Marketing at BEA Systems from 2007 to 2008, and the Principal Presales Engineer at BEA Systems from 2004 to 2007.

Other roles included Solution Architect at Elata from 2002 to 2004, Senior Consultant at Broadquay Consulting from 2000 to 2002, and Professional Services at Netscape/iPlanet and IBM Global Services from 1997 to 2000.

Matt Davies attended Warwick School from 1987 to 1994. Matt then went on to study Computer Science (IBM Sponsored Student Scheme) at the University of Portsmouth from 1994 to 1997, earning a 1st degree.
