Matthew Gfeller

Matthew Gfeller is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in incident response and security consulting. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant at CrowdStrike since August 2016, Matthew has progressed through roles of Senior Consultant and Consultant. Prior to CrowdStrike, Matthew worked as an Incident Response Consultant at Dell SecureWorks from June 2013 to August 2016, where responsibilities included responding to security incidents across various business scales and conducting comprehensive investigations into data loss, phishing, malware, and advanced persistent threats. Matthew also developed incident response plans and engaged in proactive security measures. Earlier experience includes a Linux Network Administration internship at The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory in 2012. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Networking and Information Security, with a specialization in CyberSecurity, from Champlain College, obtained in 2013.
