Michelle C. has extensive legal experience, having served as Corporate Counsel at Amazon Web Services from 2018 to 2021, and currently as Assistant General Counsel — Alliances at CrowdStrike since 2021. Prior to these roles, Michelle practiced as an Associate at Paul Hastings LLP from 2011 to 2016, specializing in bankruptcy and financial restructuring. They also held a Summer Associate position at Paul Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP in 2009 and worked as Corporate Counsel at Oracle from 2016 to 2018. Michelle earned a J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2010 and holds a BA in History and Political Science: International Relations from UC San Diego. They are currently attending the University of St. Andrews.
