Mike Forman

Mike Forman has a strong background in finance and accounting with significant experience in leadership roles. Mike started their career at Arthur Andersen as an Experienced Audit Manager, where they gained valuable experience in auditing. Mike then moved on to BridgeWave Communications, where they served as Controller. In this role, they were responsible for financial management and oversight.

In 2004, Forman joined NetSuite as SVP Finance, Corporate Controller and PAO. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in developing and scaling the company's finance infrastructure to support significant revenue growth. Mike also led the financial reporting activities and managed external audits for the company's successful IPO on the NYSE. Additionally, Forman was responsible for financial due diligence and integration of acquisitions.

Currently, Forman is working at CrowdStrike as VP Finance & Controller, where they continue to utilize their expertise in finance and leadership.

Mike Forman attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Accounting.
