Rob Kober

Rob Kober is an experienced professional in the fields of threat response and cybersecurity, currently serving as Manager of Threat Response at CrowdStrike since June 2020. In this role, Rob manages a team of 16 analysts within the Falcon Complete Managed Detection & Response service, overseeing security incidents, coaching team members, and engaging in customer relationship activities. Prior to CrowdStrike, Rob held the position of Global SOC Operations Lead at Anglo American, where responsibilities included leading global operational and threat hunting activities and addressing capability gaps. Rob's background also includes significant experience in military intelligence, having worked as an Intelligence Manager and Training Instructor for the British Army, as well as a Defence Liaison Officer for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Rob Kober holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours degree in Intelligence and Cyber Security from the University of Staffordshire.
