Roy Cooper

Roy Cooper started their work experience in 2010 as a Technical Recruiter and Account Manager at Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. Roy worked there until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Vanguard, focusing on filling full-time IT positions. From 2019 to 2021, they were the IT Recruiting Leader at Vanguard, leading a team of five IT Recruiters. Currently, they are the Lead Technical Recruiter at CrowdStrike, where they partner with hiring managers to build exceptional teams for the company.

Roy Cooper attended Delaware County Community College from 2005 to 2007, studying General Studies. Roy then went on to earn their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, graduating in 2010.
