Sanket Karpe

Sanket Karpe is a seasoned professional in the field of threat research and malware analysis, currently serving as Senior Manager of Threat Research at CrowdStrike since January 2021, after holding the position of Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes roles such as Manager of Malware Research and Lead Malware Research Engineer at Qualys, as well as Assistant Manager at PwC India. Additionally, Sanket contributed significantly to Symantec as a Software Engineer and Threat Analysis Engineer, focusing on malware signature creation, threat analysis, and detection enhancement. Sanket holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Diploma in Computer from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
