Shay Shwarz

Shay Shwarz is a seasoned professional in the field of cybersecurity with a diverse background in technical product management and security research. Currently serving as a Technical Product Manager and SaaS Security Researcher at CrowdStrike since June 2025, Shay has previously worked as a Cloud Security Researcher at Check Point Software and as a Security Researcher at CYCL (Powered by Bugsec) from August 2021 to July 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Security Architect and Security Researcher at PlaxidityX and as a Researcher and Developer at CBG - Cyber@Ben Gurion University. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Cyber Security and Information Systems Engineering, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Systems Engineering, both obtained from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Additionally, Shay has contributed to academia as a Teaching Assistant for an Intro to C Programming course and has experience as an instructor at Cyber-School.
