Steve Feris has extensive experience in technical support and engineering, currently serving as an Escalation Engineer at CrowdStrike since September 2017. Previously, Steve held various roles at CrowdStrike including Technical Support Engineer and Technical Support Engineer Intern. Prior to this, Steve worked at Blue Sky Cleaners from June 2013 to September 2017 as the Tech and Maintenance Manager, where an initiative was developed to standardize the computing environment, achieving a first-call resolution rate of up to 90%.
