Vigneshwaran P is currently a Threat Researcher 2 at CrowdStrike, where responsibilities began in July 2024. Previously, Vigneshwaran served as a Threat Researcher at K7 Computing Pvt. Ltd. from August 2021 to July 2024, engaging in log analysis to identify security bypass methods and the tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) of attackers. Vigneshwaran conducted static and dynamic analyses of PE and non-PE files, reverse engineered malware, and authored technical blog posts on emerging malware trends while publishing international research. Additionally, Vigneshwaran worked with tools like CAPE and Cuckoo sandbox for automation, contributed to the Threat Intel team monitoring specific malware TTPs using Kibana, developed IDS signatures for recent vulnerabilities, and began working with ELF files. Vigneshwaran holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from JEPPIAAR SRR Engineering College, completed in 2021.
