David Payne

David Payne is the Director of Corporate Finance at Crowe UK, where they have leveraged over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, restructuring, and transaction support. Prior to their current role, David worked for eight years in EY's Transaction Support and Restructuring team in London, managing complex multi-stakeholder transactions and advising mid-market businesses and startups. They have a strong focus on the Tech sector, while also collaborating across industries such as media, manufacturing, healthcare, and financial services. David is a qualified IP and has a deep interest in Tech innovations, particularly in the Internet of Things, Robotics, and Mobile sectors. Additionally, David is an avid runner, having completed their first London Marathon in April 2017.
