Stephen Adshead

Stephen Adshead is currently a Partner, General Counsel, and Chief Risk Officer at Crowe U.K. LLP, where they have been since 2017. They previously held roles at Deloitte UK between 2006 and 2011, including Senior Manager and Director in National Risk Management, and worked as a litigation lawyer at Travers Smith and Dawsons LLP from 2001 to 2005. Stephen began their legal career as a trainee lawyer at Clifford Chance LLP from 1999 to 2001 and also served as the EMEA Head of Conduct Risk Management at Morgan Stanley from 2015 to 2016. Earlier in their career, Stephen participated in the Japan Exchange and Teaching Programme as an English teacher and radio DJ from 1995 to 1997. They obtained their CPE and LPC degrees from the College of Law between 1997 and 1999.
