Andrew Powell

Andrew Powell is the Director of M&A Transaction Services at Crowe, a position they have held since 2024. Prior to this role, Andrew was a Senior Associate and later a Manager in M&A Financial Due Diligence at PwC from 2017 to 2019. Andrew also gained valuable experience in Assurance at PwC, where they provided services to clients in the Banking & Capital Markets industry and coached associates. They earned a Master of Science in Accounting from Wake Forest University in 2013 and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bucknell University in 2012.
