Ann Suding is a Partner at Crowe, where they lead the business combination practice in Accounting Advisory. With over 20 years of public accounting experience, Ann specializes in assisting clients through all stages of acquisition accounting. They have worked with a diverse range of transactions across multiple industries, providing essential accounting advisory services to both public and private companies. Ann holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Purdue University - Krannert School of Management.
