Prior to their current role, Carl served as a Senior Tax Manager at Ernst & Young, providing tax advisory services during mergers and acquisitions. They also held the position of Tax Director for Mergers & Acquisitions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they offered strategic tax advice to corporations, including Fortune 500 companies. Carl earned a LL.M. in Tax and a J.D. from Georgetown Law and holds a B.A. in Political Science from Tufts University.
