Chris Barrett

Chris Barrett, CPA, is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Tax Partner at Crowe since March 1999, Barrett specializes in partnership and corporate tax, accounting for income taxes, state and local taxes, and international tax. Expertise also includes significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and working with Private Equity-owned companies. Prior to Crowe, Barrett was a Senior Manager in the Tax division at Ernst & Young from February 1988 to March 1999. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Toledo, earned between 1982 and 1986, as well as a high school diploma from Genoa Area High School, completed in 1982.
