With a robust background in management consulting and public accounting, along with corporate development experience at a Fortune 50 company, Curt has led numerous operational due diligence engagements for targets with revenues ranging from $25M to $1B across various industries. Prior roles include leading M&A and due diligence at Walgreens and supporting valuation and strategy initiatives at Blue & Co., LLC. Curt holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Accounting and Finance from Purdue University.
