Deane Carson

Deane Carson is a Senior Manager at Findex, a position held since 2020. They also serve as a Senior Manager at Crowe Horwath LLP, beginning in 2016. Prior to these roles, Deane was the Finance Manager and CFO at Optimation Group for a brief period in 2016, where they contributed financial leadership during a growth phase. Deane gained extensive experience at KPMG New Zealand from 2006 to 2015, providing financial and strategic support to privately owned businesses. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and Administration from Victoria University of Wellington and became a Chartered Accountant through Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand in 2005.
