Derek Grimm

Derek Grimm, CPA, currently serves as an Audit Partner at Crowe, where since January 2014, assurance services are provided to global public and private companies across various industries, including manufacturing, private equity, chemicals, and life sciences. With 13 years of experience, Derek has specialized in working with multinational SEC and privately held entities, alongside proficiency in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA) for public companies in Europe and Asia. Prior roles at Crowe include several managerial positions, and Derek participated in an international secondment program in Australia. Additionally, involvement as a volunteer on the Finance Committee at Early Learning Indiana and as a member of the Board of Directors reflects commitment to community service. Earlier positions also include senior and staff accountant roles in audit and financial reporting at Blue & Co., LLC, Simon Property Group, and Crowe Horwath LLP. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, earned in 2008.
