Doug Knoch

Doug Knoch possesses extensive experience in investment banking, corporate development, and board leadership across various industries. Starting as an Experienced Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP, Knoch advanced to Vice President at Mesirow Financial, focusing on sell-side M&A for lower middle market companies. Knoch later served as Principal at CHS Capital, managing private equity investments, and held the position of Managing Director at Shorehill Capital, overseeing investment origination and portfolio management. Currently, Knoch is the Managing Partner of Corporate Development at Crowe, where responsibilities include directing M&A activities and strategic relationship development. Additionally, Knoch has contributed as a board member for numerous companies, enhancing corporate governance and strategic oversight. Knoch holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA in Economics, Finance, and Statistics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
