Eli Dicker

Eli Dicker currently serves as the Managing Director of National Markets at Crowe, a position held since January 2021. Previously, from March 2005 to January 2021, Eli Dicker was the Executive Director of the Tax Executives Institute, where operational responsibilities included managing a global association of in-house tax professionals with 7,000 members and a team of eighteen, as well as overseeing a $6 million budget. Eli Dicker also served as Chief Tax Counsel, leading a legal team in advocacy efforts and the development of position papers related to tax legislation and regulations. Educational credentials include a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a Doctor of Law from Northeastern University School of Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Queens College.
