Jason Hoffer is the Design Lead at Crowe's X-Design Lab, where they guide a multi-disciplinary team in addressing complex challenges for both Fortune 100 companies and mission-driven nonprofits. Previously, as CEO of B2 Outlet Stores, they led the organization through a period of rapid growth and cultural transformation. Jason’s journey also includes serving as a Senior Consultant for Courageous Leadership and as Camp Director at SpringHill Camps. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Ministry from Olivet Nazarene University.
