Jason Sharp

Jason Sharp, CPA, JD, LLM, is a highly experienced tax professional currently serving as a Tax Partner at Crowe since January 2022. Prior to this role, Jason was a Tax Partner at Briggs & Veselka Co. from May 2013 to December 2021, specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), tax compliance, and structuring. Jason's earlier experience includes over seven years at Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager in the Transaction Tax group, focusing on significant transactions within the energy sector, as well as serving as an attorney at Boyar & Miller. Jason began the career at Enron as a Manager. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Houston Law Center and a Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston. The educational foundation also includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston.
