John Aaron Douglas

John Aaron Douglas, CPA, is the Associate Director of Transaction Services at Crowe, where they manage buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence processes. With experience spanning various industries, they focus on assessing quality of earnings and net working capital to derive transaction values. Prior to joining Crowe in 2017, John obtained both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Accounting Science degree from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where they also earned a concentration in Business Public Policy. They have been a licensed CPA in Illinois since 2018.
