John Chen

John Chen is a highly experienced accounting and audit professional with a career spanning over 19 years. Serving as a Partner at Crowe from January 2008 to April 2024, John led significant IPO projects and managed financial statement audits for various financial institutions. Prior to this role, John worked as an Audit Senior Manager, Audit Manager, and Audit Staff at Crowe, where expertise in SEC regulations was demonstrated. Earlier experience includes a position as an Accountant at Soleus International Inc, and a role as a Second Lieutenant Platoon Leader in the Coast Guard Administration of the Republic of China (Taiwan). John began an early career at Deloitte & Touche Taiwan as an intern. John holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from National Chengchi University and a Master's degree in Accounting from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
