Lee James is an accomplished Senior Operations Manager at Crowe since August 2015. Previously, Lee served as President at LSE Consulting LLC from October 2017 to June 2021 and held the role of Vice President of Operations at Precision Products Group, Inc. from May 2016 to October 2017, overseeing various operational aspects including new product development. As North America Vice President Operations at Tarkett from October 2004 to June 2015, Lee managed operations across eight facilities and was responsible for P&L and logistics. Earlier experience includes the role of VP Global Operations at The Biltrite Corporation, establishing a joint venture in China, and significant positions at Bandag Corp, Volvo GM Heavy Truck Corp, General Motors Assembly Division, and serving as Tech Sergeant in the United States Air Force. Lee holds an M.B.A. in Quality Service Management from Mercer University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Kent State University.
