Mark Terpstra

Mark Terpstra is the Managing Director of Strategy at Crowe, where they lead a team of strategists, business designers, and innovators to foster profitable growth across the firm. Previously, Terpstra served as a Senior Business Designer at Designvox from 2013 to 2019, focusing on using design thinking to drive growth across various industries. Prior to that, they held roles as a Growth Strategist at Cull Group, where they managed client relationships and led teams, and as a Founder of a micro-venture incubator in Senegal, promoting local entrepreneurship. Terpstra began their career in technology startups, contributing to significant growth and acquisitions. They continue their education at DePaul University.
