Maureen Scorpio

Maureen Scorpio is currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Student Experience Manager at Crowe since July 2023. Prior to this role, Maureen held the position of Senior Recruiter at McKinsey & Company from March 2022 to March 2023, where responsibilities included leading a comprehensive talent strategy for a top national advanced degree source and co-leading pre-MBA diversity programs. Maureen also worked at PwC from January 2018 to March 2022, advancing through roles such as Talent Identification Manager, Senior Associate, and Associate, and successfully executing recruitment strategies for prestigious institutions. Previous experience includes positions at Northwestern Mutual as Campus Recruiter and Coordinator, as well as roles focused on global employee engagement at Johnson Controls and risk management at SunCoke Energy. Maureen holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in the same field, both from Marquette University.
