Micah Cox is an executive leader with over 20 years of experience in driving growth and operational excellence across mid-market manufacturing and private equity companies. Micah has held key positions, including Plant Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager, and currently serves as Manager of Private Equity Performance Improvement at Crowe, where they lead strategic projects and drive significant ROI. With a strong background in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Micah has successfully transformed underperforming facilities and delivered substantial EBITDA improvements in complex, multi-site environments. Micah is currently pursuing a Bachelor's of Science in Economics at Georgia State University and an MBA in Strategy & Operations at Georgia Institute of Technology.
