Micah Taylor

Micah Taylor, CPA, MTA, is currently a Tax Manager at Crowe LLP, where they focus on private equity backed for-profit healthcare pass-through entities. With experience managing engagement teams and client relationships, Micah effectively analyzes complex tax scenarios including asset acquisitions and M&A transactions. They hold a Master of Tax Accounting from the University of Alabama, where they also earned undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Finance. Prior experiences include various roles in tax positions at Chick-fil-A Franchise, Wilkins Miller LLC, and KPMG, as well as serving as a Teaching Assistant and Graduate Assistant at the University of Alabama.
