Mimi Tran, MSHRM, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a strategic HR leader with a passion for people and workplace culture. They have held various roles in human resources, including Director of HR & Risk Management at the City of St. Cloud, FL, and HR Manager at Manatee Clerk of Circuit Court. Currently, they serve as Assistant Director at Crowe while having previously been the Director of HR at ITR Economics. Mimi also founded Servant Heart, Inc. and has been the Chief Experience Officer at Culture Alchemist. They earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Troy University, graduating with a perfect GPA.
