Robert Kollar

Robert Kollar is a partner in Crowe LLP’s Advisory Services group, where they specialize in transaction services, having advised on over 300 mergers and acquisitions valued between $2 million and $2 billion. With extensive experience in various sectors including building materials, construction, and SaaS, Robert leads the Southeast market for transaction services. Previously, they held a position as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at US LBM Holdings, managing significant acquisition initiatives, and have experience with bankruptcy restructuring and forensic accounting. Robert earned a Master of Science in Accounting from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University.
