Robert Lee, CPA, currently serves as a Transaction Services Senior Associate at Crowe, focusing on financial due diligence for middle-market M&A transactions. Prior experience includes a role as Assurance Senior at EY, where Robert was selected for the prestigious Transaction Diligence Summer Rotation Program, and also served as Assurance Staff, delivering high-quality audit services to large asset management and healthcare clients. A previous position as a Business Development Consultant at the Korea Trade Promotion Investment Agency involved analyzing the U.S. market for Korean SMEs and organizing trade shows. Robert's career began in the Republic of Korea Army as a Sergeant, where responsibilities included payroll auditing and inventory management. Robert holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Cornell University.
