Ron Melling

Ron Melling is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in audit and assurance, currently serving as the Partner and Life Sciences National Audit Leader at Crowe since 2003. In this role, Ron focuses on both domestic and international private and publicly traded life science companies, providing expertise in risk management and advising on complex transactions and reporting. Prior to Crowe, Ron worked as a Senior Audit & Assurance Associate at Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1999 to 2002, further developing skills in the field. Ron's international experience includes working abroad and collaborating with foreign subsidiaries and professional service providers in Asia and Europe, with expertise in both IFRS and U.S. standards.
