Seth Starner

Seth Starner is an accomplished strategist and leader with over two decades of experience in innovation and design across various sectors, including healthcare and business. Currently serving as Associate Director of Design Research and Strategy at Crowe, Seth translates complex data and market signals into strategic decisions, guiding organizations through ambiguity. Previously, as President of the NewNorth Center for Design in Business, they led innovation sprints for major corporations and local initiatives, fostering new opportunities and addressing systemic challenges. Their extensive background includes roles at Alticor and Steelcase, where they developed impactful strategies and products while promoting a culture of innovation. Seth is pursuing a Master of Design Methods in Design Management and holds a B.A. in Latin American Studies, Political Science, and Economics from the University of Michigan.
