Taylor Wallis, CPA, is the Director of Transaction Services at Crowe, where they have led the West Coast Transaction Services practice since 2013, specializing in financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Taylor conducts onsite meetings with C-suite management to analyze accounting methodologies and provide insights that inform critical business decisions. Prior to this role, they served as a Corporate Finance Consultant at Crowe - Brazil and worked as an Assurance and Advisory Senior Associate at Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP. Taylor holds a degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from UC Santa Barbara.
