Tyler Schmidt

Tyler Schmidt has significant experience in forensic accounting and risk management, having worked at Eide Bailly LLP from September 2014 to June 2016 in various roles including Forensic Accounting Intern, Associate, Senior Associate, and Manager. At Crowe, Tyler has advanced to the position of Risk & Controls Senior Manager since January 2025, overseeing teams in the design and implementation of internal control programs for pre-IPO entities, SPACs, and public companies to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements. Earlier roles at Crowe included Risk & Controls Manager from February 2022 to January 2025 and Forensic & Integrity Services at EY from October 2021 to February 2022.
