Wes Keely has a diverse background in design, innovation, and operations across various industries. Currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at Kendall College of Art and Design since January 2024, Wes also holds positions as Associate Director at Crowe, Entrepreneur in Residence at Spartan Innovations, and Chief Operations Officer at Sharp and Flat. As President and CEO of KBrakes since August 2011, Wes developed a product line focused on drum slide prevention technology. Previously, Wes worked as Senior Designer of Innovation & Experience at Trinity Health, employing Human Centered Design methodologies, and as a Marketing/Industrial & Graphic Designer at ESPEC North America, where unique storytelling played a key role in product development. Earlier experience includes roles as a Production Assistant at Neverstop, Logistics Manager at Georgetown Home & Garden, and Display Artist at Urban Outfitters. Wes is pursuing a Master of Arts in Social Innovation at Grand Valley State University, complemented by a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial and Product Design from Kendall College of Art and Design.
