Xavier Flores

Xavier Flores, CFA, CPA, is currently the Director of Healthcare Transaction Services at Crowe, a position held since 2023. Previously, they served as a Manager and Senior Staff in Transaction Services at the same firm from 2020 to 2023. Xavier was also the President of Barry University's Student Managed Investment Fund and worked as an Investment Operations Intern at Aberdeen Asset Management in 2015. They began their career in assurance at PwC, progressing from Assurance Associate to Experienced Assurance Associate between 2016 and 2017. Xavier holds a B.S.B.A. in Accounting and Finance, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Barry University in 2016, and has successfully completed all three levels of the CFA Program.
