Zach Ford

Zach Ford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and management, particularly in the fields of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Ford worked at Crowe from September 2019 to January 2023 as a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Manager and held positions as an Unclaimed Property Senior Consultant and Consultant. Prior to Crowe, Ford served as a Design Engineer II and Design Engineer I at Centerline Solutions, where responsibilities included project management, structural analysis of telecommunication towers, and onboarding new employees. Early career experiences included a teaching assistant role at Duke University’s Pratt School of Engineering, a summer internship at Martin/Martin, Inc., and a position as Temp Engineering Coordinator at American Tower. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, a Certificate in Architectural Engineering, and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University and the University of Colorado Boulder.
